Cold pressed oil - the main difference

Cold-pressed organic oils are much healthier than hot-pressed oils. The oils presented in supermarkets are produced at 500 °C, the seeds are heated and then undergo mechanical treatment. As a result, the output is much higher, but most of the nutrients are destroyed. When using a wood press, the oxidation process does not occur, as is the case with a metal press. This makes cold-pressed oils possess a much better quality.
